My favourite feature is that you dont need a patch for every single mod that adds food and drinks: it will recognize any item that you consume and doesnt know (food, soft drinks or alcohol) and will ask you what kind of fooddrink: light, heavy or medium. I also like that iNeed has a lot of different options in its MCM to be able to tailor it exactly the way you want, there are options to make crops owned so that you cant unrealistically steal a farmers crops, or you can remove foods from containers if you want to make food more scarce and therefor more valuable, etc etc.
I forget the exact reasons I switched back to RND, I think I liked the method of gathering water better. So, you probably should try both to find out which mod suits you best, because both mods do the job well.
